TERMS OF SERVICE.
I.
I reserve the right to deny service if I deem your request as something I'm either not comfortable with drawing or it involves fetish and/or inappropriate content. I am alright with NSFW, but I'd prefer not to draw anything too graphic.II.
I often require payment after sketch. If this is something you are not comfortable with, I am open to a 50/50 where half is paid after the sketch and the second half is paid once the piece is finished.III.
I will often take a few days to possibly a few weeks to complete a commission, depending on the complexity of something you have asked for.IV.
I take payment through paypal ONLY currently. I can do invoices if necessary. We can discuss possible workarounds if this really can't work for you!V.
Please do not pressure me to get a piece finished, UNLESS you have a strict deadline. In that circumstance, occasional reminders are allowed. If you need me to prioritise a commission over someone else in line, please keep in mind that I may charge you extra depending on certain factors.VI.
I am uncomfortable with drawing excessive gore or wounds. Other than that, please ask if you're unsure on whether or not I can do something! Chances are that I can and am comfortable doing it.VII.
You are allowed to make as many changes to the sketch as you'd like until you are happy, but I usually only allow minor fixes once I finish the lines. Please keep that in mind. Any major changes after the sketch has been confirmed will be charged for.VIII.
Commercial use of my artwork will be charged for accordingly.IX.
I reserve the right to publish my work, unless you specifically ask me not to for a good reason. On the other hand, you may publish your commissioned piece wherever you like, I only ask for credits to me. You can use either my discord handle (sevencyat) or my twitter handle (sevencyat_art) for this.X.
If there is something wrong with the sketch that you do not like, please don't be afraid to tell me! More often than not, I am more than happy to start from scratch again. Better to comment sooner rather than later!
